this is not a normal season... no reason to compare it to one. when you look at the rankings and Alabama has played 10 games and Ohio State has played 5... there's no way this season can be normalized.

I kind of feel like we win against Miss st. In a normal season we would still have Vincent, while stingley would’ve played and Ward wouldn’t have been hurt. Not to mention we would’ve played them in like week 8 or so, being able to see week after week of them getting stuffed by zone defense.
Even if we just play the same way, adding in stingley and Vincent and ward not being hurt makes enough of a difference IMO.
