A Look at how Ole Miss’ “Insiders” and media personalities have fared the past few months

Lane isn’t leaving Ole Miss - Incorrect
Everyone in the building hates Lane. No one is following him - Incorrect
Lane is forcing the coaches to leave Ole Miss before the playoffs - Incorrect
No players are following Lane to LSU. They love Ole Miss - Incorrect
Chambliss is getting his waiver - Incorrect
Pete is better anyway - TBD, but
Lane is going to leave in a year - TBD
It’s one thing to be a shitbox troll on a message board, but these people do this for a living? No wonder Ole Miss fans have become unhinged. The people who are supposed to be giving them news are more worried about Twitter clout and saying mean things about the former coach than actually doing their job.

On the one hand, they have been insufferable douches through this entire saga.
On the other hand, I feel for them a tiny bit because they subconsciously know its coming crashing down and we would act the same way if Texas or someone did this to us.
But mostly frick THEM.

You'd think they would learn after about the 3rd or 4th time being completely wrong. But they just move right on the the next delusion.
This one isn't entirely accurate though. When it was believed Chambliss would come to LSU they were certain he wasn't getting the waiver. Once he signed with OM that quickly changed to certainty he would get it though. Crazy how that works.
