Someone needs to break it to the Alabama and Georgia fans that their teams are winning too much for the fans to show up and be passionate. They need to lose more. Losing apparently puts people in the seats and keeps them there.

If LSU was stomping a mud hole in Missouri, Tiger Stadium would be over half empty in the fourth quarter, regardless of the weather or the time.

It can be at night with under 5 minutes left with the score tied in an SEC matchup and people will be streaming for the exits. I seen't it.

Texas A&M has more alumni than Louisiana has people. They have never won anything of note in football, not in any of our lifetimes. They have spent billions of dollars and have nothing to show for it. They are desperate for success. See LSU in 2000.

In a weird way I'm actually proud of Lousiana people for valuing their time in this case. Anything that separates LSU from A$M is a win in my book. Those frickers dream about the environment of an LSU/Bama in Death Valley. Once a year be damned.
