I just love the fact that iron sharpens iron.
If our DL is as good as billed, then I am getting a better feeling for the OL.
If our OL is progressing as hoped; they can block our DL with our talent, they can block a lot of teams.
FSU with the exception of Center, think they have great lines. We will see soon enough.

Major red flags. Passing def is questionable, and we don't have the usual level of DBU talent in coverage. Let's hope the run defense can compensate.

You are overselling it.
Our D line should be legit, one of the best.
But the rest of the defense is loaded with question marks.
Maybe the offense is looking good because we are not good at LB and the secondary.
I take all of these reports with a grain of salt.

Absolutely everyone here on the Rant was praising the Dline. When the offense Kelly has invested heavily in finally shows it’s metal, suddenly we may have a bad Dline. This place is a comedy show, a laugh a minute.

We will find out soon enough what they, Kelly and all these transfers are all about. Same ole same ole ....who knows but at least there seems to be a competent leader in charge. Will it transfer to on field play??? Almost go time

I didn’t today the D line was bad. I said there are major questions on the rest of the defense.

I agree with all of this. I think we're looking at 14, maybe 15 wins this year.

Yore right, the expectation should be our quality and brand of play improving. We have a ton of new players, a new staff, coming off our 2 worst seasons in 23 years and play in a division that’s just about as good as any other full conference. O had this ship going full steam into an iceberg. Kelly has to turn it around before he can step on the throttle.

While I agree with this to a degree, you can't go by the standards of the past. We also have never seen rules in place that would allow a team to almost totally rebuild their roster in a very short period of time.

Why temper expectations? A team needs to believe it can win every game they play. People ignore the fact that Kelly is the most winning active coach in the NCAA. 11-1 geaux tigers. The hell with all the chicken shits.
