This is what is wrong with people just talking about things they do not understand. Guice does not have to prove these allegations to be untrue. Under United States Law and The Constitution guilt must be proven not the other way around.

But employers don't have to wait the years or decades it takes for an employee's legal case to work its way through the system. They can act based on what they know, and what's best for their organization.

But we judge individuals on what we think they did. There are people who were Guilty in the court of law that I think are innocent, there are people in the court of law who get off that I think are guilty
Read up on the charges and evidence against Guice and make your own judgement

Yup. We fixed that in Mississippi. Changed the law so only prosecutors can drop. Victim can't drop on her own

Having to get a real job like the rest of us, only the rest of us haven't been publicly accused of several sex crimes and violence against women, nor have our universities disassociated themselves from us and erased any history we ever had there. Connections, letters of rec, etc. all null and void. He's on his own now and deservedly so.
