Best thing about this whole situation is that the true idiots have really shown their colors.
While that may be true, the sad part is that 95% of this board is color blind, and only sees in black and white.

Because they (and FKIng) are contractually required to include the NCAA AND cooperate.
Tell that to auburn, UNC, and duke

Both coaches and universities are contractually required to cooperate with all investigations (both formal and informal). WW violated his contract by refusing to cooperate (attend a meeting).
Wade and LSU are not under investigation. You know that but you continue to spam and the admins continue to put up with your shite

Was LSU contractually obligated to sandbag WW and invite the fricking NCAA, who was not investigating, to a meeting to discuss what his federal grand jury fricking testimony might or might not be?
Get fricked

Yes.

I give Wade a pass because he's young, and relatively inexperienced at this level.
FKing's plan for inclusion of outside, adversarial parties to participate in a WW meeting via conference call was inexcusably stupid. It was/is so witless that by itself it should raise questions as to whether FKing is qualified to remain in his job.

You're a fricking idiot if you believe that

Of course, they are. LSU is conducting their own investigation. That investigation includes meeting with WW. Universities are required/encouraged to investigate themselves as per NCAA compliance. Please get your head out of the sand.

It's the most idiotic thing an administration has done since Duke suspended their Lacrosse season, coach and team over obviously false allegations....
Go figure

Wade and LSU are not under investigation.
Of course, they are
(1) The NCAA is involved in its own antitrust case regarding its ability to pursue these things, and
(2) The NCAA has explicitly stated it is holding off its own pursuits at least until the Federal Adidas Case has concluded.

All LSU had to do was not flip their shite over a Yahoo Sports article.
Duke’s response to Zion Williamson allegations:
“"We are aware of the allegation and, as we would with any compliance matter, are looking into it," Duke vice president and director of athletics Kevin White said in a statement. "Duke is fully committed to compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations. Every student-athlete at Duke is reviewed to ensure their eligibility. With regard to men's basketball: all recruits and their families are thoroughly vetted by Duke in collaboration with the NCAA through the Eligibility Center's amateurism certification process."
LINK
Apparently they didn’t demand a full audience with their HC and the NCAA present.
Hey LSU admin, if you’re reading this take notes. This is how you respond to allegations that your coach did something wrong.
