Thought he, Aaron anderson and Kyle Parker should have received most snaps as receivers. Throw green out there at tight end and you had a formidable lineup.

He is not an outside receiver but we put him there to utilize him more. He was not under utilized. His production went down when MVB took over because MVB was not ready.
Hilton is the receiver who was under utilized. They missed on receivers in the portal last year and had a 6 man rotation but didn't have the players in the right position or make a rotation that made sense. Which hurt the offense.
I blame Hankton more than Sloan for that where Sloan really failed was in the running game. But the receiver rotation which led to a huge mismanagement of the position caused a lot of issues.

If there is anything full of shite to say about the offense, I am in favor of it and its probably true.
Players were severely underutilized, they were not developed, the gameplans seemed non existant, the talent evalutions weren't the best.
All of it.
Now we have a guy brought in to fix it. It will take time. Not four years time, but time.
