Scoop, at Bama when the coaches STOP listening to the fans, it won't be long before he is sitting with them.

shite, Saban could issue a press release telling our entire fan base to show up wearing houndstooth shorts and red shirts with no sleeves and all 101,000 fans would do exactly what he told us to.

I grew up in the Coach Bryant time in the 70's, not 60's and Saban is the only coach we have had since that is in total control of this program. He calls all the shots in Tuscaloosa and not one person tells him what to do.

Coach Bryant use to tell the fans to kiss his arse on his show on Sunday. He said in one show that if the fans were unhappy they should quit coming to the game but that he and the team were going to play anyway.

didn't see the game last night. went to see yankees/rangers this wkend. got it recorded. will watch later. BUT i think JLEE should be given another chance white or black. kid was top choice coming out of high school and was put in bad spot. could and should be high quality qb

So you consistently hoped for JJ to struggle so you could be right all along...?

Great fan you are.

Im eager to here all reasons/excuses why yall feel JJ still struggles so much after 16 starts

Why, does it make you gleeful to see any Tigers' QB fail?

All BS aside, JL deserves serious PT sat night.

All of the QBs probably 'deserve' PT, that doesn't mean it is in the Team's best interest.

I happen to agree that it is probably time to give JL some meaningful reps but that's not really a great thing for our chances this year, IMO.

I’m going to watch replay later and have better grip on how bad our current starter played

What a piss poor attitude for a 'fan'.

Root for the all Tigers, not against them..

I agree, I just think rooting for Lee will produce the best results.

That's fricking fantastic. I wish more would do that.

I really would cheer for Alabama if it weren't for the intolerable, arrogant fans.

Bitter because I think it is pathetic to tear down a 20 year old kid who is playing his heart out?

What is bitter is all the people calling him garbage or booing JLee or busting on TBob because they don't like his old man.

What is bitter is every other jealous comment about how much money Miles makes.

What is BITTER is comparing every freaking decision ever made by our coaching staff to something Saban supposedly did or would never have done, etc, etc, etc....

This 'little' guy has been supporting (all) the Tigers his whole life and if JLee is the QB I will be hoping for and pulling for his success just like JJ.

The fact that we have 'posi' or 'nega' Tigers or JJ vs JL 'camps' is pathetic.

You have some constructive criticism, post it.

You want to personally attack or start an 'anti' this or that Tiger Bandwagon then GET LOST and go root for the Gumps, we don't need you!

I think listening to the fans factored in to the JJ getting the job last year.

i think it had more to do with Lee's performance in '08 and JJs performance against Tech.

I am not a JL fan or a JJ fan. Neither of them has played well for the Tigers.

JJ stunk it up Saturday. Which means I think JL should get a shot. JJ has gotten his shot for more than a year and proves he doesn't have much of an arm accuracy.

He does bring the run threat NOW. Apparently the coaches have been trying to make him into the next Drew Brees and now they realize he isn't ever going to be nearly that qb smart and not a very accurate thrower so they designed the offense to let him help where he can... his feet.

That fake hand off had the linebackers stuck in the mud.

So JL deserves a shot. Not for his one pass that was the best of the night but because JJ isn't going to cut it in big games. We have seen JJ best and now it is time to give JL some work and see how much he has improved.

I am open now to JL getting some reps, but I am not as optimistic he will be the savior some think he will be on this board.

As bad as JJ played Saturday, although after rewatching the game it isn't as bad as his numbers look as there were a lot of dropped passes in that game, I say lets give JL a shot, but if he reverts to the way he played against Bama and La Tech last year or worse the way he played in 2008, then he needs to be benched.

Frankly I don't think the bad play is the fault of either one of them, but instead the fault of Crowton who has spent the past 3 years screwing them up and turning them into mental basket cases.

what makes you the captain? you were probably bashing him two years ago. i have stuck by him from the beginning. It isn't so much that i thought lee was good, but that i knew how terrible jefferson will always be.
