They’ve been a better team all season. We’ll see what Saturday brings.

If you can't see that this team and program is now drastically different from where it was in September then I don't know what to say. Do y'all not remember 2014?

We beat a dog shite Florida team by one point. Apparently that's a huge accomplishment to praise

Why are you a fan then? Stop watching. Don't go to the game.

That dogshit team was a hell of a lot better than Troy and it was in the swamp. A win is a win. This LSU team is improving and you saw them fight for that victory on Saturday instead of laying down.

I agree. They are no more talented than LSU.

Despite the shitty losses, I think LSU has their head on straight and will win a few SEC games

It is going to be hot as balls on Saturday. That heat is an equalizer. I think that happened last week too.

Florida is really bad man. This isn't a given.

Agreed.

This is really the only positive we should be taking from that game. The Tigers still didn't look very good, but at least they played with some effort.

They were good on Saturday when they beat Florida in the swamp

Inb4 "but they barely beat their opponents"

They're not elite but they're not Mizzou. They'll beat A&M this weekend.

I'm frustrated for the future. id rather still have Miles. A "frustrating" 5-0 start capping off with a 10-2 or 9-3 season would be light years better than this shite show. Get ready for a .500 season (at best), a diminishing recruiting class, and an era of mediocrity. I do hope you enjoy the Florida win tho.

Nope, Troy is pretty good. Florida is a hot pile of suck.

In what ways? I'm not trolling. I want to know where we have improved. Injuries seem to be piling up and DE seems to be regressing. We have had less penalties but still....I'm not sure where this improvement you speak of has come from.

Completely different topic but it was time for him to go and I wasn't an O supporter.

You're not a fan if you didn't enjoy the win. You have an agenda. Don't cheer for the Tigers if you won't enjoy a win.

I’m sure it’s been covered but didn’t Troy take Clemson to the wire last year? With the same team basically with more experience?

I mean, they weren't that good on Saturday

we won outright because of a missed XP

I will say if O stays the frick away from Canada for the rest of his coaching career, we will be much better

I keep seeing this nonsense. Why the frick does it matter how many points we won by?

It's like you guys don't even watch football. If they wouldn't have missed an extra point, the margin of victory, for either team, would have been more. How the game unfolds dictates the score.

How many points did we need to win by for the win to be worth it for you?

We just lost to Troy, and we have folks complaining that we only won by a point against an SEC team, that has already beaten half their division, at their place, the very next week.

We go from not expecting to win, to griping about the margin of victory.

And then went into the swamp and beat a ranked Florida team.

Ranked - yea, those rankings are always accurate. Florida's not good.

And it should've been worse.

How, exactly? The game was about statistically even. Why should it have been worse?

Look, I'm happy that we won in the Swamp, and was very surprised. But let's pump the brakes. Florida's not good at all. Auburn started slow but they've hit their stride. Their D is outstanding and their offense is now much better than the beginning of the year.

I'm very worried about Saturday, but excited.

Dude.

They gave up against Mississippi State

They didn't even show up vs Troy

This team is playing with heart, physicality, and intensity. LSU has the talent to stack up with mostly anyone in the country when they actually want to win.

Injuries are there on the OL and that's one reason an Auburn win isn't likely. However, I was very impressed with Ingram, Deculus, and Charles though and they're getting better each game.

Etling isn't regressing. He's been the same guy all season.
