No worries. I'm young and remember tons of pointless shite. It's not that cool.

I don't either really. I'm more disappointed that the Sunday game on opening weekend is against Grambling. Hope they don't boycott it.....

Yeah, different people will just start the same threads.

One thread that hasn't started but was posted in the Baseball Countdown Megathread is that Nola and Bregman are preseason all-americans. NCBWA

Be careful. Last year we played Gram St a few days after they lost to Cent Ark 30-0. We got a total of 3 hits.

Well we'll have to look forward to the 2015 season for some quality out of conference games.

LSU will play three games in three days at Minute Maid Field. Notre Dame is also in the tournament, which generally includes one or more Big 12 Conference teams from Texas and either Rice or Houston.

Yeah. Every weekend in the SEC is interesting though. I think that could make up for it.

im sure some, but not all. Still weird. the southern states are filled with lower tier teams that would come play us and give us more competitive games

Meh. We don't really need to. They don't have a ton to gain from coming all the way to Louisiana either. It would make the OOC more intersting but our SOS will always be more than strong enough by being in the SEC.

If Jarvis didn't make it, maybe he'll come back for his senior year...

I don't complain about that as I definitely understand the logistics behind the schedule, but I sure do enjoy having a big name come in to get the excitement level up for the fan base.

While we're at it, why do we have bleachers, when are we building a berm, the intimidator: trashy or a testament to our awesomeness; fix all lights on the scoreboard, champions club seats are always vacant, why do we bunt so much/why don't we bunt more; Stevenson: liability or pain train; should we fire Javi, or, alternatively, murder him and his family; is the coleslaw or bbq recipe keeping Javi employed?

Done and done.

ETA: Fixed and I'm ashamed I missed such an obvious one.

I do agree about some southern teams to schedule. Central Arkansas, Southern Miss, South Alabama, Sam Houston, and UCF all come to mind.
