The way to make Jackson effective is to run gap plays with pullers with him, preferably out of the Pistol. Then you minimize the vision issues and set him up to run downhill to a set hole. That will get rid of the hesitancy and poor reads and take advantage of his strengths.

Kaleb needs to muscle the ball through the LoS when there looks like there is no hole. He’s a power back. Not a finesse back.
