It was Levond Kirkland and he was only 285. It was also more than a few years ago. This guys ability to play at the size he was changed the way NFL coaches and GMs evaluated the linebacker position. Most linebackers when Kirkland played were 220- 245. He opened the door for guys like Ray Lewis, Kevin Greene, Brian Urlacher as lbeing looked at as linebackers and not defensive ends.
