anything to support your suggestion or are you just one of those "cause you're an idiot" guys?
Ben's biggest strength is his ball-handling/passing/court vision for a guy with his size and you are comparing him to a guy that doesn't have that ability at all.

Ben Simmons had more assists in 33 college games as Kris Humpries has had the last 3 NBA seasons (174games).
Are we comparing Simmons college career to Humphries college career or are we making some pseudo comparison between Simmons college career and Humphries mediocre NBA career?

no, its not even close. i honestly thought you were joking when i first read it, but apparently you arent?
Same here... Amazing

Humrphries had 20 assits in his 1 season at Minnesota. Is that better for you?
Simmons had 160.
Humphries is a bench player, a banger at PF. Simmons is a point forward that will likely start every game he plays in the NBA, and for good reason.

Humphries didn't even average 1 assist per game in college. He also shot 44% from the field at Minnesota. Ben averages 5 assists and shot 56%.

they had similar college careers (minus assists) and will have similar NBA careers.
just my opinion, you dont have to agree

Ben is a great leaper on paper, but not explosive most of the time. He had some great dunks this year, but not once beat someone off the dribble and postered someone... which I feel he should be able to do given his height and athleticism, he needs to truly learn how good he can be.

so you are saying Ben Simmons will have been traded 6x and play on 8 teams by the time he is 30, all while starting 26% of his teams games and averaging 6pts 5rebs for his career?

You can't just say "minus assists" considering that ball handing, vision, passing ability, and playing in the open court is a huge part of Simmons game and not a part of Humphries game. It's like saying someone reminds you of Steph Curry minus the 3pt shooting. Just doesn't work.
Simmons and Humphries are completely diff players with completely diff skillsets.

sure, why not. he didnt do anything while he was here other than pass the ball away to make me think otherwise
Humphries had some pretty good college stats too wouldnt you say?

Yeah, we will have to agree to disagree. I just don't see this comparison at all. Their skill sets are not similar at all to me. Kris Humpries has more in common with Kanye West than Ben Simmons.

you could argue Humpries has something in common with both of them couldnt you?

I definitely see a lot of LO in Simmons' game, but I think Simmons can hurt you in more ways. I think as a rebounder and scorer he's close to LO, but the Lebron comparisons are more accurate when you look at Simmons' passing/court vision.

you're just strictly comparing stats
that's retarded
Simmons and Humphries games are completely different
how is this even a comparison?
