The biggest play was the tackle on Trent Richardson at the goal line. He scored (allegedly) but he is the single most talented player on their team and they did not have him for second half.
There were far too many amazing plays to think that just one could be labeled "biggest play". The near goal-line stand early in the game was huge. Not only did Richardson never fully recover but it sent a clear message to the Bama offense that the LSU D was here to play

Francois falling on the ball that hit the back of his leg on the punt was pretty big .

D) Ron Brooks recovering the ball that bounced off his leg on the punt when the score was 14-13 bama. That was the biggest play of the whole game.

I have to go with the consensus here and say the 75-yard TD pass.
All the plays listed were big. But that play gave everyone the belief that we could do something against their D and actually win. It woke the crowd up big time. We passed on first down at the 6-yard line for 19 yards and then hit a 75-yard TD pass. That was a huge moment in the game. Bama could have taken control if we had been conservative there and given the ball back to them in our territory.
I think that pass completion might be the longest pass play we've had since the Bluegrass Miracle.

C, B, A
The most underrated play of the night was the two-point conversion. Without that, we lose the game on a Bama field goal at the end. It forced Bama to have to drive the entire field to win.
It was also the best throw of the night. While JJ and Lee's passes to Randle were awesome, he was wide open. Jefferson threaded the ball to Randle on that two pointer and looked off the linebacker long enough to create a window. Hell, the second best throw of the game was the deep pass that Randle dropped.

Drake Nevis / kelvin Sheppard play "sealed the deal"

How can anybody pick the biggest play because without the jj to randle throw we wouldn't have 7 points on the board but also without the 3rd down throw by lee to break bama's back they would have gotten the football back with plenty of time on the clock and that was after scoring a td just moments before. To put the icing on the cake was the fumble which was a big part of taking the fight out of bama. The game could have been lost on missing anyone of those plays.
