We have like potentially 8 starting pitchers. No, we won't use 8 but lots of options

Of course the first one of these I get to go to, it’s only goes 5, but it was a beautiful day for some free baseball

Arrambide had to start feeling less pain in that ankle after Serna dropped that bomb lol

Seems like Serna’s bat is starting to heat up.

Back to back impressive outings from Zion. Looking like the midweek starter potentially?

Hunt P mentioned Casan Evans has struggled a few outings and hasn’t looked quite like you would want your Friday night guy to look past few appearances. Anyone seen any of these outings? I assume he’s just working on a few pitches and will be fine but just seeing if anyone has any other thoughts. Sophomore years can be really strange and unpredictable sometimes.

I haven’t seen him pitch in person, so I’m not sure if he’s just been working on different pitches or not. But he did have a much better outing in his most recent start on Thursday.

I agree he hasn’t looked like a sure Friday night pitcher lately, but per his interview on Mik’d Up he is working on improving his curve ball and developing a cutter to use against righties.
I think he will get the first start next weekend based on his performance last year.
