Just wondering how the ticket takers are when bringing in a small child
Pleasant.
As long as you have two tickets.
And why in the hell would you subject yourself or others around you to a two year old.
I have a two year old. No way in hell would I bring him.

Can you imagine changing a shitty diaper in a TS bathroom?

My first game in Tiger Stadium was at age 3. Supposedly my favorite thing to do was go pick up all the empty cups. I'd get there late and leave early if I were y'all. While this is the game to go to, the Western Kentucky game might be better one for his first game.

too young - our family rule is 4 years old and even that's getting too young. its a pain in the arse for you, the kid and everyone else b/c the kid needs to pee every 15 minutes during the game.

I may choose to just let him stay in his own crap, so he didnt smell like the TS bathroom.
Actually, he is potty training, and if he has to crap he has to go like 4 times to work it up. I figure he would start right at kick off
The good news is that in like 20 years, my son could talk about going to his first Tiger game at 2 and kicking some opposing fans arse.

Agree with everyone esle (and speaking from experience). Get a sitter. Brought my 3yr old girl to App. State game in 2008 before Gustav, remember the 10am game? She about melted down when band started playing pre-game...got her calmed down then jets did fly-over. Took my the whole first quarter to get her calmed down. We left in 3Q....not a fun experience for either of us. Can't imagine trying a night game with a 2yr old.

I'm not sure if you would need a ticket or not. If you have one for him, and would like to bring him, I don't see why not. Especially if he can sit in his seat for a while and you are in a pretty decent section without a bunch of raving drunkards cursing up a storm.
I don't think he will bother anyone because everyone is cheering and standing anyway. It sounds like you are prepared to leave when your son gets tired of being there (which if he starts to bother other fans it will be at this time)so if you stick to that I don't see an issue, besides what a great experience for a father and son.
I have a 2 year old son and my wife and I took him to the spring game this past year. we didn't have any issues for about an hour, he sat in his seat and watched the game quietly. Soon after that he got antsy and wanted to "go down and see the LSU tigers"
Being it was the spring game it was perfect, he got to go down to the fence and see them close up.
Oh and don't listen to crap like this:
Really? Sounds like you really treasure spending time with your child man.

As a parent of two, I can only say, WTF?
Do you really feel managing an antsy two year old is quality time? Really.
If you define dragging your two year old out, getting him to bed late, and making him conform to some strange fricking desire you have that this makes you some superior parent. Go right ahead.
I can promise you this, my kid would rather play in the back yard, ride on my back, feed the ducks, and hang out in his tent with his sister. But you go right ahead and judge me you retarded frick.
No where has anyone questioned this dudes love for his kid, but you go right ahead and question others and their bond with their child.

I never questioned anyone's bond or love for their child, no need to get defensive and start name calling.

I was simply stating that just because you feel this way:

Doesn't mean you have to shite on the guy's idea at potentially have a great time with his son. It's his decision if he wants to have his son go to bed a little late.

Figured this would be a good one to bring him to his first game at TS.
Not being rude...but why?
It's not like he'll remember it - at all.
I can't wait to take my little girl to a game, but there's no way I'd take her at the age at which she is now - 2.
