you've already abandoned the ,"burrow will be drafted before haskins" stance.

And he has also said many times that LSU would have done worse last year with Tua as the QB...........

No. I love the game of football. Something you could not possibly understand. Since you are a jock-sniffer who has never played a down of organized football. Nothing could possibly be more obvious.

And there are countless great fans who had other interests growing up, but still fully understand and appreciate the spirit of the game. And that is the fan base that makes college football the greatest sport in this country.

Not you though. You're just here to kick up a shite-storm every time someone posts something positive about LSU football.

This is one of the reasons you should NOT let anyone knows you are on campus on gameday..... Somebody will hurt you....

bullshite. You showed back up minutes after MadKing got busted. And with the exact same language, insults, and twisted "logic" as one of your countess alters.

Your scam is wearing thin, MadKing. Everybody is catching on to you.

dukke v ???????

168,000+ posts and you haven't absorbed enough football knowledge to know that LSU will kick that Texas arse on Sept 7?

How can you say that Texas will "shock" LSU??? Dude you are hopeless! (and clueless !)

Sure there is.

Lesser talented QBs need the right fit. Great QBs will be great no matter where they go. Sure even great QBs benefit from the right fit but their greatness shines through regardless.

When Peyton Manning was drafted, he was the best in that class, and history has proven that. He would've been great on any team in the league.

I'd respect it if you just came out and said that you felt Burrow was the best QB. You're too chicken shite to say what you feel deep down.

You had to go back 20 years to find your example? What about JaMarcus Russell? Was he "the best" in his class? JaMarcus was #1 overall. Chad Pennington was the first QB taken in Tom Brady's draft class. Was Chad "the best" in that class?

And your respect? Please. Don't flatter yourself. I don't give 2 shits about your "respect".

You strike me as having a Fantasy football or Madden football mindset. Maybe there is a "best" there. You seem obsessed with the concept of "best". I'm not. Can't help ya there, Sport.

Ok, how about Jared Goff, that recent enough for you?

He did what he did at fricking California. Did you see him crying about not having a superstar team around him? Nope, he just balled out, and that's continued in the pros.

I don't know why this concept that certain QBs are better than others is so foreign to you. Yes there is a "best." You're just trying to find a way to include Burrow in the same conversation as Tua and Trevor Lawrence without embarrassing yourself.

Let's see if you will play the game you want to insist that I play...

Who was (or is) the best QB of all time? (Any league)

I’m not going to sit here and say it is justifiable to have him at those odds; but it is equally as ridiculous to say he wasn’t any good. He barely even played his one season at Georgia, that’s why he transferred. So there is not even close enough of a sample size to say if the guy is good or bad or average on the college level.

That's tough. Joe Montana, Peyton Manning and Tom Brady all have a case. Gun to my head I say Tom Brady.

I put that question on the OT. Nothing close to anything unanimous.

I'll go so far as to say that I'd want Burrow in the new LSU offense (over Tua, Trevor, etc), and would also want him in last year's LSU hodge podge of an offense. And I would have MUCH preferred him over Haskins with the freak-show of talent OSU wasted last season. (should have AT LEAST made the playoffs)

Would I want Burrow in a traditional pro-style* offense? There are probably better options, but Burrow would do a respectable job. And an ever-growing segment of the NFL has drifted away from the straight pro-style, so Joe will do well in the draft, IMO.

*Not that many of the crop of college QB's in the past few years would do well in a straight pro-style either.
