This is correct. A&M is a more attractive team for the Cotton Bowl, period. There is no blame to be had by the SEC or the AD

In 2005, the Cotton was still played at the old stadium at 11am. It was a crap bowl. They put us in the Peach against Miami who was still decent but right before their decline. It was THE best matchup outside of the BCS that year.

the cotton bowl has always been a better bowl than the peach, even in 2005. A lot of bowl games are early, including the capital one which start at 12

Really?? Blame anyone, blame LSU and Les damn Miles. Blame JC Copeland for the idiotic penalty in a game as big as the Bama game, blame Miles for the 4th and 12 fake field goal or for not running out the clock. And blame the damn heat in the Florida game for the way our D gave up.

agree completely...I thought it was just crazy shite over the past few years that has put shitty teams in BCS bowls, but this year really takes the cake...
