They probably both agree. Let's not forget cam was released from last job. Most people don't get released for being awesome

Cam knew what he was coming to when he signed, so I guess he has no problems with the offensive philosophy. Miles is a lineman and will always be a run-first coach.

not exactly. according to "sources" on this board, the play is called by Cam in the booth and it is relayed to Miles. Miles then oks it or rejects it and Cam has to start over with a new play unless Miles simply tells him the play to run. at that point Cam is able to get the play to the sideline to be communicated to the QB and then the QB is able to call the play to the team.
that's why we have clock mgt. problems (according to this source)
