We were 3rd in passing efficiency last year and top 5 in yards per passing attempt
Yep. Top 10 in yards per play. We dont run a hurry up so our totals will never be high.yards per play and points per play are a far better measure of an offense than offensive totals.

Oh, carry on. Can't expect this updated until Chick-Fil-A gives these guys their food after camping out for the grand opening.

I would certainly like to see some new flavours introduced into the scheme of our offence. I think this is necessary if we want the honour of competing for championships.
kinda like what we did from the A&M game and added a few jet sweeps and correctly diagnosed and executed Read Options? I like that plan.
let's geaux!

We've already implemented zone blocking, which you can still use with larger linemen, as long as they aren't stiffs. If they can just expand on the new wrinkles we saw against A&M, then we will improve next year. That provided more balance and played to the strengths of both our QBs.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we'll see the staff head this direction. However, it's hard to explain why we only saw it in 2 1/2 games this year (Wisconsin, SHSU, A&M).
So, who knows. It wouldn't surprise me if we just try to pound ND straight down the middle on account of their weak run defense, so the bowl game may not be much of an indicator of what's to come. It will be another offseason of back and forth on whether Cam can be a savior (2013), or sucks (2014). Awesome.

Cam's right.
When LSU has the ball, it's like a new criminal
"offence".
"Impersonating an NCAA Offense" should be the name of the crime.
