Yeah, you're all right and I'm wrong. Aranda is just like all you retards. He hates coach O with a passion because he was the worse coach in Ole Miss history and can't believe Alleva hired that bumbling idiot without at least a legit coaching search. Indeed, the only reason he is sticking around is that he want's to be able to say when O gets fired in about another 15 years, I told you so just like you lunatics.

Some things you just can't know ahead of time. Day one, Canada's attitude could be seen as fire. By the end, it could be seen as detrimental and toxic.
I don't know anything about the situation, just saying you can't vet how two personalities will mesh by research or even a few meetings before actually working together. O isn't exactly an easy going guy either. Maybe he needs some self awareness too. Maybe he gained some, and that's why SE was his guy.
Either way, I have a feeling next season is going to be rough.
