Beth Torina is a beautiful woman. The kids seem to respect her. She keeps her nose clean. But I need to see some hardware son. Hardware biitchhes.

Going to the Super Regionals every year is “mediocre”? I don’t think you know what that word means

When you’re only competing with like 30 teams that have the possibility to get there then yes, it’s mediocre

What is it with these cheerleaders all over social media trumpeting about this Arkansas series—a series that we LOST?

It’s insane. Could you imagine someone posting something like this bragging about ratings after losing in football?

Saturday night's matchup between LSU and Arkansas, which aired on ESPN2, drew 355,000 viewers.

This out drew the Sweet 16 NCAA Womens basketball game between Texas and Ohio State, as well as a prime time NHL game, Sunday's MLS soccer game, and an NCAA tournament Hockey game between Minnesota and Western Michigan.
Softball is a game that works perfectly with today's society. It is a fast-paced, fast-moving game with a sexy mixture of good hitting and some stellar defensive plays.

Games are played within the time frame of a college basketball game.

Softball is the opposite of the slow-moving, four-hour baseball games.

I'd like to see a serious marketing group, together with a serious group of owners, combine to create a serious professional softball league.

It would sell. It's a helluva lot better product than the WNBA. though I know that's not saying a lot.

You act like this is the first time LSU has been on TV and it’s a program that has been to multiple WCWS This thread is weird

This is indeed a weird thread.

My guess is the OP is someone in or close to the softball program who is worried and/or jealous of the attention toward and attendance of WBB and Kim Mulkey.

When the truth is, CKM is far and away the best coach on this campus right now.

Correct. It doesn't add up.
