I don't understand how a pro baseball team can build a stadium in 2 years, but takes LSU a year to do an expansion.

On a side note, I just heard from an inside source that Tulane stadium will open in August for the first home game and not mid season. You heard it here first.
It really appears to be coming along. It's an interesting looking little stadium. It will also be interesting to see how they get 30,000 people in and out of there for games.

The parking and getting people in and out of the stadium for a packed house would be atrocious. I don't think the 1,000 fans in attendance will ever have to worry about that.

how would you know where you seats are? You made what, 1 game last year? I am pretty sure you only found them that day by accident....

From what i understand the biggest challenge they faced was having to dig so low to find the bedrock

I have my suspicions that this construction project will not be in a posture for occupancy/use as originally projected.

How are the scoreboards supposed to go in the corners if there are suites there?
Looks to be on track to me

No way we will fill those seats any ways.
Nah, why there will be thousands upon thousands of empty seats for the SEC games.

Imagine the progress if they ever actually had anyone working.

It looks like they removed the bleachers with the yellow chair backs along the sidelines of the lower bowl. Anyone know what's going on with that?
Seats are taken down and replaced or reconditioned in the offseason. This happens every year.

Ready for opening day?
It won't be opening day until it's ready.

It's probably been addressed already, but what is the glass building on the side of the stadium going to be?
TAF is moving in.
