Another great hire this off season, but I have a question. Why is he leaving his alma mater where he was WR coach as well as co-OC?

frick yes.

Look at the hires we've made in the last year or so... Ed O, Aranda, Juluke, and Craig. That's impressive.

Maybe he just doesn't get along with Gus, or he knows it's a sinking ship over there.

Read where AU guys saying Gus gave the Lashlee guy control and Craig felt disrespected or something like that

Hard to believe this one. This is one talented young coach. Tutored 3 NFL 1st round QBs plus co OC. Could be heir apparent to Cam. Great hire. Slam dunks with the recent hires. Enjoy while we can, cause three of the last four are destined to be a HC somewhere down the line.

You got two of my favorite assistant coaches in the country, both DC's...your defensive coordinator and DCraig. Congrats.

I was very apprehensive about the 2015 season with the Steele hire. I can't remember feeling that way going into a season in a long time. That won't be the case this season!!! Aleva should had given Aranda what he wanted last year. Wonder if Craig will be the QB coach as well. It's nice to see great position coaches that can recruit they're arse off!!

I was thinking the very same thing. I found it interesting that he said it was a professional decision and mentioned wanting to eventually be a head coach. I'm very curious what it was that pulled him away

Tigers are ready for a Championship run. Building the staff and team to do it.

Kudos to CLM and whoever else is responsible for this.

Cam still doesn't have a new contract. Is it totally crazy to wonder if Craig might end up our OC THIS year?

Damn what a fantastic string of months. Les is officially pushing all chips in on 2016. Come on Brandon, bust that arse off till September and lead these Tigers to the promised land.

If Craig were to eventually become OC, do you think he would also become the QB coach?
