I'd agree with all of that. I don't dislike Daniels or think he's bad, I'm just not sure how much he will improve as a 5th year starter. I know there are some examples of this happening, but I don't think it's very common.
I think it's also that I like Nuss's style of play better. I there is a factor with him that evens out Daniels' ability to scramble. For example, on plays like his bomb TD to Jaray where Nuss rolled out of the pocket, but kept his eyes downfield. It is likely that Jayden would have tucked it and ran for a gain of 15-20 yards or something like that. It would still be seen as a great play, but not as good as a TD pass.

I don’t know why you are getting down voted. I like the question.
Accuracy is the hardest thing to improve upon. Burrow’s growth in that area of his game is the exception not the rule.
For most, choosing between the two is a style thing. That and how risk-averse you like your qb play

It depends on the player. Accuracy comes with improving footwork and proper platform, look at Jalen Hurts large jump in the NFL or like you mentioned Burrow at LSU. Daniels will often start a game with decent footwork, you can tell the staff put a lot into this, but as the game goes on it’ll deteriorate. His throwing platform also breaks down because the ball never comes out on time so he’s constantly resetting his feet and shoulders and delivering balls out of step. Lastly for such a good runner he’s oddly not very good throwing on the run. Mostly when he breaks the pocket he’ll complete dump offs or short comebacks but almost never creates chunk plays.
