Find out who Dennis Allen's Assistant to his Assistant is and hire him....it has worked out well for us on the offensive side of the ball !!!!!

Bud Foster. Pull him out of retirement and double his 1 mil/year he was making at VT. Who wouldn’t want 2 million a year to coach the freaks we have on defense. He’s probably retiring because he’s sick of coaching shitty players.

can tell you the name ive heard if the timing lined up is Derek Mason.

What am I missing here? Is Mason not still the HC at Vandy? Why would he leave an SEC HC position to become a DC again?

Muschamp or Venables.

This is dumb so I will take some heat off you. What about Elkers? His work at Wake Forest was amazing. Yes, I know, A&M sucks

Well, that's not exactly true. Venables left oklahoma for Clemson, where he had things rolling at ou at the time and they have a pretty easy path to the playoffs as well. I wouldn't count out venables if we put the cash up to land him. Coaches want to coach at the highest level and the sec is definitely a step up in competition from the ACC.

Ohio State has two DCs. Jeff Hafley, who they got from the 49ers, might be a good choice.

He also just won 247’s defensive coach of the year.

Jeff Hafley seems like a solid target.

Yea I like Richard if he becomes unemployed which is likely. Perfect coach for DBU.

Getting Muschamp to leave USC HC to be our DC would be the most alpha move ever

Yep. It’d be the least likely to happen Bc SC will owe him buyout money when they do fire him, but you never know til you try.

Personally I think a guy like David Reeves at UAB would be a good rock to check under.. brilliant defensive mind has had UAB defense playing at a high level, has deep roots in Alabama to help with recruiting, has also worked under Shula and obviously has been around bill Clark who I think has done a good job of rebuilding UAB and has a high football iq and also briefly worked under saban before leaving for a head coaching job. Was also nominated for the broyles award last yr
