If he continues to dominate on the football field we need to get behind this young man for a Heisman campaign.
Put his arse in the wildcat in short yardage situations on the goal line and let him score a few TDs. Bring in Ingram or Campbell as the extra lineman and plow forward

They didn’t lose two of their brothers. Two of their brothers quit on them. The fact that they needed a players only meeting to discuss that is laughable
The amount of time that grown men take discussing and thinking about the team, that cannot even remotely relate to them is what is laughable.
These are kids dude. They aren’t professionals and this is the way they know how to fight through adversity, whatever the source may be.

Why does this players only meeting sound so bad?? Geez already... I'm assuming this is a product of poor coaching leadership. At least that's what it looks like

The fact that our players have to call meetings in fall camp to squash issues is either really good because we are a close knit group or it’s pathetic that our staff can’t handle kids in a manner that they receive the respect needed to be vocal leaders and keep everyone together.

I think it is a sign of maturity that let's disgruntled players vent, and leaders lead.I have to believe after Mr White spoke things became much clearer for those who might have lost their focus.

Personally I believe it speaks volumes about our two main leaders in White and Moreau. They realized a situation needed attention, and they stepped up and delivered.

Let’s hope your rIght. Out of 85+ kids you will always have some turds that get sour or have attitude problems. Hopefully our COACHES and our team leaders demand more and told them to get to work or get the F out!

Wait, so there's already a divided locker room? Awesome. Yep we in good hands with coach mayhem

Yep, you have it all figured out.

I have nothing that suggests a split in the locker room, Torshiro.

I always believe it’s better to get these “Players only Meetings” over with during camp. If they start happening during the season it’s bad sign imo.

Sounds like there's an absence of leadership from the top

Between White, Lawrence, Moreau, and Broomfield, I believe we have some strong leaders on this team. We just don’t hear about players from skill positions stepping up from a leadership perspective. Which I hope is wrong.

Agree. It'd also be nice if the head coach showed some leadership. No reason to expect differently though. This is what you get when you hire a proven failure to run the program

obably not the same as when the 3rd chair tuba player transfers. Stay in your lane, band nerd.
I just spit my drink out.
A band nerd talking shite about football players.
Love it, only on TD.

Anyone that’s ever been part of an organized competitive team in Hs and or college would Understand this.

I hope this team is successful. There’s a bunch of boys with real heart on this Tigers Football team. Sad they have to deal with so much shite.

Well last season Duke Riley had to motivate our team out of their early season funk. He said after having been around them for a bit he could see the Tiger culture was missing. Wouldn’t be out of the question for White to play that same role and get the teams collective heads right. The main problem here is the coaching staff doesn’t seem to be able to properly motivate and instill the culture required. Team leaders are needed but if they begin to fulfill coaching roles.... well....

You don't think that if this was actually happening that the players might just turn on the coaching staff? That they might not play hard for them?
I have seen nothing that points to that situation so you people can make up all the BS y'all want but it's just that BS. You people are sick in the head too. It's you people who need to take a hard look at ya self.
