No. You have to dominate your league to be called the "sheriff" and LSU hasn't done that over a long period of time. I would say it's Kirby's world right now!

With Texas and Oklahoma coming on board, Kirby showing no signs of letting up and Kiffen doing his thing in Oxford, Coach Kelly has a long way to go before he can be considered elite in the SEC. Damn, I hope he gets there but he’s got work to do.

I wouldn't consider a "CBK a scheriff "type HC in the SEC.I do believe Kelly is THE HC to change the culture,attitude,and total atmosphere of our football program.
