He could start making money sooner and have less miles on his frame. Question will be what is his top speed. He’s strong, does not go down easy, huge in pass protection, elite hands out of the back field. Speed is the only question.

Dude was money Saturday night. I loved it on the last series Bama had 2 timeouts on 1st and 10 he gets 11 yards and officially puts the dagger in their hearts with an 11 yard run.

Maybe, maybe not. Hillard was little, drafted 2nd round, and played 8 years in the pros. Not bad for a little guy who had great moves and hit hard.

With his 40 time it will be good that they record splits. His first 20-30 yards should be good enough. Probably has a phenomenal shuttle time, and will bench press well.

In my opinion, he should go.

We will be younger on the O-Line and will have Brennan at QB.

His stock is the highest it will be.

Probably best interest for him to go if the NFL is his ultimate goal. Can’t imagine his stock getting higher plus 1 year sooner to get paid. RBs have a short career life.

The guy is an inspiration. Heart and toughness beyond measure. That being said, I believe he and others on the team are playing above and beyond expectation due to the special chemistry Tigers have created. I don't believe his success would be replicated in the NFL. IMHO

quote:

He will probably go in the 4-5 round range

Devin Singletary is 5'7 203 lbs and ran a 4.66 at the combine. He still went 74th overall last year (10th pick of the 3rd).
Darrell Henderson is 5'8 209 lbs and went 70th after running a 4.49.

If Clyde kills the agility drills he could be a 3rd round pick. Maybe even work his way into the late 2nd. He'll need to keep his momentum going to close out the year.
