well none for 40 yards. but, he had TDs for 15+ yards against WVU (two) and Oregon (one). And one almost for 22 yards against Bama. At least 3 of those required him being faster to the edge than the secondary.

Gore's a WR now. I hope he stays. I think he could be AWESOME as a wideout. Like a faster Wes Welker. I know he was benched for fumbling, and Miles like bigger RBs, but Jakhari's got some skills and speed in the open field.

[quote]Hilliard is bigger, stronger, more elusive, and faster than Ware. Ware is our slowest RB.

In terms of RB speed, the list is:
1. Blue -4.5
2. Ford -4.56
3. Magee -4.6
4. Hilliard -4.65
5. Ware-4.71

We'll have to agree to disagree. Both great guys and damn strong players. We're blessed to have both these Louisiana boys. Future's bright for them.

I think it's very close. Ford got run down in the Arkansas game on his long run at the 5 yard line. Blue outran his DB AFTER making a cut vs Georgia

I've never heard of Tony Moss, but I think he'd be a more solidly built Santana Moss.

You realize this is because 90% of his runs are option plays where the entire secondary is on his side of the field?

Blue's long runs are Dive plays, which is much easier to have a huge hole.

I agree that Ford looks faster but apparently for only the first 39 yds.According to the combine times, Blue is faster.Ford is quicker but Blue is faster.
