How is Tommy Tuberville's team doing this year? Oh right, he got fired.

Ranked #107 out of 120 is a disgrace. We barely edge Vandy by less than 2 yards per game. I believe the 30 TD's listed would also count the defense and special teams scores.

With all of the skilled position players LSU has on the team, we can thank Gary Croton for our lofty rank.

At least TT can recognize a problem, unlike many oblivious fans.

taking those games out we average 335.6 yards per game which elevates us to #94 one spot above Tulane

Just think if UGA and AU had their traditional defensive results from the last 10 years vs LSU this year, it would be much worse. Those two have the worst D's I can recall for each respective team in at least 10 years.

Exactly. To all those pointing out the quote isn't technically accurate, because Vandy is actually worse, how sad is it that you have to point to us being better than Vandy!!! Vandy!!!

Come on, let's get real. The offense is an absolute mess, a total embarrassment. And I for one find no comfort in the fact we're better than Vandy. Perhaps those claiming foul should take the real meaning out of Tuberville's statement - we have the worse offense in the SEC out of the teams that matter!!

Thats what I was thinking...Whats our one dimension
(FTR I think JJ is a good going to be great qb but hes had growing pains-FL game-just as every young qb should)

Tommy 'the failure' Tuberville says something on espn which, in case you didn't know it, pays him to make inflammatory statements so you losers will watch their 'snuggy commercials'.

you pussies are like pavlov's dogs...when Tuberville rings the bell you begin to salivate and bark hysterically. you're a bunch of fricking sheep.

truth hurts doesn't it. but it's not because we are one dimensional. it's because we have no identity and can't run the football consistently.

More reason to say goodbye to crowton and staff.

wait are you trying to say we have a good offense?

not up to LSU standards anyhow.
But don't you think the O has shown significant improvement over the year? If we played the earlier games again, with the O where it is now, we wouldn't be ranked so low and may even have 1 less L.
There is no doubt the confusion and penalties are due to coaching.
But overall hasn't this team shown improvement since UW with JJ now having some experience?

In fact, the line is moving more in favor of Ole Miss because the rest of the country doesn't think LSU is very good.

Who cares what the fricking "betting line" is doing, does that determine the outcome of the game? Let them play the damn game first before you start bashing them.

No, it hasn't shown any improvement at all. As a matter of fact JJ is not better now than he was at the beginning of the year. Not flaming JJ. We don't have QB coach and I don't think he gets that much individual coaching on fundamentals. None of the QB's do as far as I can tell.
