Certainly seems to me that regardless if F.King and Alleva are to blame or not for current or previous issues, the time has come for new leadership at LSU and a clean slate so that we can all move forward.
Right or wrong, justified or not, they just don’t have the support and are swallowed in debate/controversy that hinders their ability to lead LSU into the future.

I'm bout to have 2 kids at LSU. I've been in an auditorium with F. King speaking more than once. I'll tell you this, if you don't already have an opinion of him, you'll probably leave with a good impression of him and LSU. He speaks and presents the University well.
Also, LSU will have its largest, most diverse freshman class for the second year in a row next year. Which probably does nothing to put the powers that be of a mind to push him out.

I’ve always been in favor of getting rid of both and starting clean at the top. For whatever the reasons, the combo of FKing and Alleva has not worked in the context of athletics.

The sad part is LSU is just a resume entry for guys like King. We’ll all be here long after he leaves the state, picking up the pieces of his mess.
