I don't know why anyone would doubt. Les told us after the first game that he saw the problem and it would be addressed.

I think Les helped his DCs get the jobs they did by not canning them right off the bat. He is a solid guy and he has character.

Still am puzzled why he would wait if Chavis was his guy the whole time. For recruiting purposes you would have thought he would have made a move earlier and also gave Chavis a chance to work a little with the existing players.

So the other coaches could find what they were going to do. So Les wouldn't come off looking like he was trigger happy. I really don't believe there is that great of a difference from naming a new DC today, as opposed to a month ago.
