I think Cam has a huge say in things since he and Les are close and Les trusts him, but it's Les' call at the end of the day.

No. We could go on and on about top players not making it at the next level some reasons have nothing to do with coaching.
For example, how can a 5* dt transfer to Tulane, then a 3* de get picked as the top Dt in the draft? They had the same coach.

Dude, Cam and Les work pretty well together and Les values his input more than just about anybody. Cam definitely wanted a different o-line coach. Les thought Cam was right.

Basically Cam says "hey Les I have an NFL buddy id like to bring in and coach the O-line but you'd have to let me fire stud"
