I did coach some of LSU's coaches;

I coached Les Miles on the spread up tempo offense and also helped him with speech therapy. Helped Johnny Jones with his basketball strategy.

I was able to coach Ben McDonald at a basketball camp when he was in junior high. For those that don't know Ben he was also a basketball player for LSU. I also had the privilege to coach in little league baseball Stefan LaFors. Most people want recognize Stefan but he grew up in Denham Springs and he was a very good quarterback for Louisville under a young Bobby Pertrino.

if you want to read about Stefan

My dad coached Todd Kinchen in 3rd and 4th grade he played qb and corner and safety. He used to kill rb's on the sweep he would hit them as they cut up field going full speed. Was amazed he was able to do that at such a young age!

Hey Rudy40, was this with the Perkins Park Eagles? Woulda been Peewee at that age I guess. I was gonna say that I'm pretty sure my dad coached both Kinchen brothers when they were Senior division Eagles. Scott Wharton too.

Yea a rb/cb that should've made it but got in with the wrong crowd and got in trouble.
This is my 2nd year with 9-10 yr old basketball and we've got some shooters(4 kids) that should be getting some attention soon . We won on the 28th 53-6.

Skylar Green in 7-9 grade football , and Donte Jackson in Basketball. Actually saw him tonight at our home game. Actually took SG to a few home games on my coaches passes during that time. Knew both were signing with LSU their senior year.
