Underwood chased the money and it was a mistake…. But I don’t think he would have been much better at LSU this year due to the instability in the program.
I think under Kiffin he could develop nicely as he has all the tools. Michigan’s coach was on the hot seat last year except for somehow beating Ohio State, they have no real skill players and it’s cold AF.
Put underwood in Louisiana with our receivers and with Kiffin running the show and he will put up numbers.
If he wants to transfer out, no one would give him 12 mil. He’s shown he should probably get significantly less than that with a chance to play into bigger money for year 3 and possibly 4.

It’s not 12mill a year it’s 4 a year, LSU was around the 2.6mill a year. Hell we paid Nuss 3mill this year How’d that work out.

That boat left the dock and sailed long ago. He took the money and ran. In hindsight he probably is very lucky to have avoided the LSU offense that was such a s**t show this season. Not sure what his NFL future career will be like. time will tell.
