From what I've gathered tonight it seemed BK was "lazy" during the season. I can't remember where I read this. Maybe someone here can provide us with some context.

LSU football has been the hardest to watch under Coach Kelly in my lifetime. That said, I am never happy when we have to start all over, because it means my Tigers weren't winning. Now lets get us a coach in here and bring back the magic of Death Valley!

Not happy at all.
It’s bigger than Kelly, I can’t help but feel that things are rotten to the core at LSU and BK was but a symptom.

I am never “happy” when a lot of people lose their livelihoods, however, that kind of thing comes with the coaching job. I am glad we won’t have to live with the distraction of unrealistic fan expectations for the rest of the year.

I'm glad he's gone, but not super happy feeling.
After he was let go this dam that was holding back all this negativity in my mind about BK was released. He's just kind of a disgusting person in retrospect and I just feel kind of gross.
He got a kid killed. It gets joked about a lot but that's serious.
That and as others have said, the path forward from this point is not clear at all. LSU obviously realized that Kelly has to go all of a sudden and this decision became clear quickly when it wasn't before. They decided in a short period of time to shoot first and ask questions later. It feels like there are a lot of obstacles and steps that need to be taken to get this program stabilized again.

Happy? Not sure that’s how I feel. I did want BK gone, but more than that I wanted him to succeed. Because his success meant LSU’s success.
Coaching changes are messy and stressful, and we just went through this 5 years ago.
Plus I feel bad for the staffers how may be out of a job who had very little to do with BK’s downfall.

I can see the hype for Lane, but I’m a bit concerned about us getting too focused on him without exploring sufficient alternatives.
Woodward’s going to be in the hot seat from here on, which is a good thing imo. That adds pressure to get the hire right.
I’m ready to get a stable hire with a ton of potential that we can build behind. It sucks changing coaches like underwear.

That’s my thing. Kelly wasn’t fired because he never won a championship. He was fired because it’s a 12 team playoff now and we haven’t even been close to making it.

Mixed emotions. LSU football and the current state of the university, LA politics, and the soap opera playing out. Looks and sounds like a train wreck. And I’ll be back in tiger stadium on the 15th.
