He is.

He doesnt just have the best numbers of THIS year.

He has the best numbers among HEISMAN winners going back a long way

This will probably be the widest margin ever won by

Justin Fields has something like 40 TDs and 1 INT. That will get some votes.

Ultimately Burrow still has a shot at the biggest margin ever.

The idiots at tOSU still really do think their defensive guy, who was shut out the last 2 games, is actually going to win it.

Have you watched fields? Come on man. Any tight throw he is wildly inaccurate. He is good with wide open recs though. I'd rather play OSU all day over Clemson.

Fkn hilarious and sad. They are saying a guy that was suspended for illegal activity, should win. What would that say about this award.

Dude threw a pass to himself and made a first down.
Got that tackle in the Alabama game, too.

Manning didn't deserve shite. Couldn't win the sec east with championship caliber talent around him.
Manning won the SEC with Tennessee in 97. They didn't beat Florida but LSU and UGA did to help UT make the title game.

In the history of the award no one has been, I think the biggest margin was Troy Smith around 91%. And there have been others, Charlie Ward, Barry Sanders, Ricky Williams, Vinny Testaverde in my lifetime that you can’t argue against. It will be an epic if not historic landslide

For the same reason Ken Griffey Jr was not a unanimous hall of game inductee. World is full of dumbasses and contrarians.

This is an unbelievably stupid take. First of all it is factually incorrect. Tennessee with Manning won the SEC in 1997, his Sr year aka he year he should have won the Heisman. LINK

They finished 2nd in the east in 1995 and 96 to Florida, the "knock on Manning being he couldn't beat Florida like they were some middling team. Florida only lost 2 games those 2 seasons. in 1995 to Nebraska, arguably the best team of all time, in the Fiesta Bowl National Title game and at undefeated #2 Florida St who they demolished 6 weeks later in the Sugar Bowl to win the National Title. Note both of those games Florida lost were away from the Swamp. 2 of Mannings 3 starts against were in the Swamp, where Florida did not lose for over 4 years. Tee Martin beat them at home on a last second FG. He also "beat" Arkansas when Clint Stoener trip over his own feet and fumbled handing YT then win. But yeah, the only difference was Martin

Illegal activity he borrowed some cash he paid back so his GF could go to the Rose Bowl, he wasn't selling meth

And he's not going to win or come anywhere close no matter what "they" aka a couple of people somewhere

Because the Heisman voting doesn’t work that way. Each voter places votes for numerous players. (Ie 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc)

When all the player votes are tallied, the one with the most points wins. So, it is isn’t a single vote given like an election

you need to get a grip on your insecurity, The Heisman has been awarded since the 1930's and no one has been unanimous.
