Second time in a week for this stupid idea. What would this thing cost? What economic benefit to the university would it provide? If you want it loud then get off your arse and make some noise, it is as easy as that simple step. If you can't do that then sell your tickets to someone that can do it.

I just think we need to do like Seattle and constantly play music during the opposing teams offensive series'.
