I'm glad Saban's on that ticket. When Bama loses the Gumps will be able to pin that ticket to their wall and every time they look at it, they'll know just who to blame for it.

I disagree 100%. It's entirely appropriate, and I can't figure out how it would have anything to do with arrogance. Just look at the facts: #1, almost all schools put their coach on the front of one of their tickets for a home game each year; #2, Saban coaching against his old program is a major storyline for the game, hence the reason for putting him on the ticket against LSU.
I think you people are thinking about this a little too much. It's the obvious decision to make, and if I worked in the Bama ticket office, I would have made the exact same decision.

Saban's ONLY national title came from LSU and as long as he is at Bama, I hope that is his only ever. That should make my next decade
