Matt McMahon has been spent more time giving back to the LSU community and raising money for charity than any coach at LSU. Reminder, Will Wade never lifted a finger to help lsu or the community. McMahon has given all elementary schools in NBR new computer labs Wade didn’t donate a second of his time or a penny of his wallet to better BR

Will Wade engaged in community-focused efforts, most notably leading the basketball team in disaster relief following Hurricane Laura in 2020. He also partnered with Coaching for Literacy to host games, raising awareness and funds for local literacy programs.
Hurricane Laura Relief (2020): Wade and the team partnered with the Cajun Navy to deliver supplies to the Lake Charles area, which he described as having "indescribable devastation". Literacy Advocacy (2018): He supported the "Fight for Literacy" game, allowing fans to donate for team assists to fund reading programs, according to lsusports.net.
Charity Competitions: Wade participated in community-focused, March Madness-style charity competitions, notes the Baton Rouge Business Report.

I’m not arguing Wade did more, but you said “never”. Never means never. You seem a little too invested in trashing Wade who is even here anymore, lol.

Verge has said they will make the best financial decision for LSU. This means he isn’t getting fired. Just accept it and move on. Not enough ppl care about LSU basketball

Careful what you wish for...
Galatians 6:7 says: "for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap"
How about just saying you think he should be replaced with a better coach?

You’re acting a bit extreme don’t you think?

Five more games, dude and he's gone. You McHaters, consumed by your mchate need to take a Mcgummy or something. It's almost Mcover. No reason to keep Mcmaking Mcthreads about how much you Mchate him. He'll be Mcgone soon.

Let him go work in primary education then.
Also, those computers have probably been stolen out of the classroom.

McMahon has done more damage to the brand than anyone else in the history of the program. The other SEC coaches want him around because he is an automatic win for them.

Very astute observations. McMahon will soon be known as the Mother Theresa of LSU basketball.
If LSU were a Catholic school, he would already be canonized as a Saint by Pope Leo.
