All these guys made NFL rosters and are currently active in NFL. Your statement just makes the case against Davis being really bad at his job even more noticeable.

You’re right. But both things can be true at the same time. BD sucks as an OL coach for developing talent. He can recruit though. For me though, I’d rather a coach who gets 3* talent and develops them into NFL caliber OL, then a coach who gets the best of the best but can’t develop them.
