Is Verizon wireless connectivity down for anyone else today?

Wi-Fi works, but cellular does not... can only text and browse the internet.
Cannot make or receive phone calls.
My phone has said "SOS" since 10am this morning.
and yes, I paid my bill.

I have IOS 16.2 and mine is working fine! Everyone else at work with Verizon isn't working.

My wife and I are both running iOS 26.2 and I have no issues and she is shut down. .
