It's a FACT that NFL players must make the 53-man roster to get their salary. We see guys with much bigger contracts get cut every year.

So the point is that the entire $2.58 million ISN'T guaranteed - only the signing bonus is. He's got to make the roster each of the next four years to get all of that money.

The poster wasn't saying Mills was going to get cut, only that he CAN get cut and, if so, he won't get the full $2.58 million.
