I met Carville in NYC in Sept at a business function. You may not like his politics but he is a serious LSU football fan and very knowledgeable. I bet he would rather LSU beat Bama than have Hillary win the presidency...ha

Why all the hostility?
Hostility towards saban is a vocal minority.
He worked hard for LSU and a dream job came open in the NFL. He took it. That simple. I personally believe that everyone should follow their dreams and have no problem w/ it. I also have no problem w/ him coaching in the SEC. When he realized the NFL was not for him, that job was available.
It's really that simple.

the majority of lsu fans, if strapped to a lie detector, would take saban over miles. truth.

Fixed it for you. You cannot seriously believe that had the Dolphins reached the level of mediocrity that Little Nicky and his family would not have been deliriously happy in Miami. The boy failed because he could not brow beat and intimidate professionals as he does 18 and 19 year-old kids.

Neither does anyone else.

Then you are just as fricked up as Saban, which is really, really fricked up. Like the dude had to have a job that season.

Forgive my ignorance.......why would Miles leave?
Its called Michigan, and Rich Rod aint doing so hot.
Another is Notre Dame and Meyer, if they win it all this year and Weis gets canned, Meyer might want a new challenge...
If Miles were to leave bring on Patterson from TCU.
I could be wrong....but I seriously doubt it. Les isn't going to Meechigan. That possibility is over and done with, courtesy of Kirky. Matter of fact, Lester isn't going anywhere. If we finish out the season with wins, who in their right mind would want him to?
Rich Rod isn't doing so hot.....this very well may change in the next 2 years.

Brando and Carville are both clowns and airbags.

You can never "go back" and recreate the past....

this is just idiotic. I lost interest in Saban the year after our BCS in 2003. he' s a fizzler. Now miles, on the other hand, we should keep until he dies. He's like a Joe pa but better. Miles is our coach. He's a legend. I hope we have him for the next 20 years!!
