He leaves Evans in too long, then takes everyone else out too quick - except for Rizy which he allows to almost kill someone and walk in runs as well.

Jay doesn’t know how to use this team. Not many late decisions that have been right this year.

Evans should be the mid week pitcher. There is no way he should start on a Friday again.

Saying he's a midweek pitcher is a little ridiculous. He probably should've been a Saturday guy this year. He's got the stuff to be a Friday night guy, but it's not good to have someone "learning on the job" (for lack of better words) as your Friday night starter.

He doesn’t have anyone who can go three times through the lineup…..and he knows it.
Hell, most of them can’t get the lineup twice.
Far too many times, it’s always ball1 and we’re pitching from behind. That is a sure formula for lack of success.
