Hopefully bringing in Sean Salisbury as QB coacha nd passing game coordinator
Why? he's never coached a day in his life
Salisbury might be hired but it won't be as an on field coach

Joseph might be our best recruiter. He’s practically landed everyone he was suppose since he’s gotten here to my understanding, one of them being Emery. With that being said, I think he should be moved to TE’s coach, Adam Henry or Tee Martin to WR coach/RC, then find a RB coach.
Defensively we have to find a DL coach. Meatball can’t land recruits and nobody has progressed under him. He’s basically had 3 years and the only notable thing he’s done is help lamdbChaisson, who was almost always a lean.

Coach O wants nothing more than to keep his dream job. He will make moves this offseason.
This is why I don't believe the "O stands pat" stuff going around.
Orgeron knows the offense is not good enough. Orgeron knows other coaches get more results out of less talent. Orgeron is a DL coach at heart, but he's not dumb.
I really think LSU will make a clean break from the Les Miles offense this year.
And, no, Briles / Klff / Freeze are not the only options. There are other coaches LSU can hire who would provide an immediate boost to the offense.

Tommie Robinson is the recruiting coordinator but his visits this week have been to accompany Corey Raymond to visit Cordale Flott on Sunday and then back to Baton Rouge on Monday to see Tyrion Davis & Kardell Thomas (two guys who are so strongly committed to LSU that I'm not sure any coaching change would change things for them). Those are all 3 committed guys.
If I had to guess at minimum, Tommie Robinson and Jerry Sullivan move on after signing day.

Add Yurcich to that list. If O can get Briles or Yurcich, or either of the other two, he'll have my support 100%.

I like Kingsbury but he would have to commit to the run more and eat up clock. Idk if I can trust him to do that
He'd do it. Look at Lincoln Riley. He was just as pass happy at East Carolina as Kliff was at Tech. When he got to Oklahoma, they had a crazy power run game and he improved on it with an air raid passing game.

Solid comparison, but Lincoln had Baker and the freak athlete this year in Murray. I know Lincoln has a good system but the talent at QB has been RIDICULOUS.
