First off, Holliday is not a "runningback."

Trindon had 53 rushes & caught exactly 2 passes. He's an RB, regardless what the roster calls him.

Secondly, KW has averaged 6.5 ypc over about 150 carries. Scott's sampling size is a good bit smaller (he has more than 50 fewer carries over that time if I remember correctly).

Does it matter? Yards per carry are yards per carry. This is sloflo's entire argument for KW playing more last year. (Even though Scott & Trindon did more with thier carries)

By your reasoning, Hester must have really sucked.

Again this is not my reasoning. It is however sloflo & "pals", sole reason for beating this non-issue to death. He doesn't even realize 1 yard TD runs lower a RB's YPC average.

I'm saying you can't compare Trindon to a "true" runningback.

I think his point is that KW is bar-none our most talented back.

Keiland realizes it though.

how many times did he carry the ball after lining up behind the QB?

naw

2006. Keiland was a whole lot better than Hester

Why not?

Charles Scott: 7.2 yards per carry
Trindon Holliday: 6.9 yards per carry
Keiland Williams: 6.8 yards per carry

So, Charles Scott gains 1.2 feet more per carry than KW. Congratulations. They're both great backs. I just lean towards the one that can hit the homerun any time he touches the ball.

Not one of them (maybe holiday) averages over 6.5 yards a carry over the whole year. Bet me.. Not.

all that does is provide proof for those of us that think that Miles was stupid for giving Hester over 250 carries last year while these guys were sitting the bench.

Congrats for proving our point for us.

MSU 45-0? Is that the game you are trying to refernce? Hester averaged 4.9 YPC, "K-dub" averaged 2.6 YPC in the game.

I can't believe this thread is still going.

I think that CS is bar-none the best running back we have. However, tt's a matter of opinion and no fact or stat will prove or disprove that. You can disagree with who gets playing time or who doesn't, but as far as who is best or better, etc. is all personal opinion with no real way of telling the diffrence.

seriously, stick your source up your arse

I have known KW since he was 12 y/o and what happened in the Spring was nothing and your bringing it up like you are some kind of insider and then attacking people means you need to STFU or you will be gone
