Does anybody actually give a shite about this? It's baseball. 75% of the teams in the SEC probably forget they have a team.

The intimidator needs to be retired. Doesn't look great and no one is intimidated by national championships from a decade ago. As for the ads I don't have a problem with them but they should have done them more tasteful like other schools. The white one color ads like below and what LSU has along the foul lines look better and cleaner.
Also the backstop looks shite.

There are only 2 coaches in the conference making less than $500k. Maybe only one. That's a lot of money to throw at someone coaching a sport they can't remember if they have or not.

I get what you're saying though, it doesn't give that clean look like vandy, ole miss, georgia or atm. But we do make good money. I think upgrades around the stadium could work better. Not a big fan of the bleachers for starters..

It isnt exactly easy to find every schools baseball budget

The bleachers never made sense. Never. So if you are going to put the ugly gaudy ads everywhere, you have no excuse to go cheap on things like the bleachers and the damn tarp in center field

The ads had been on the fence at the old box for decades before the new stadium was built. In my opinion, the box would look weird without ads painted on the fence.

Well, Dellenger argued that the biggest reason is the premium seating. I don't really have any reason to not go with that.
I would say that the ads all around the stadium are an indicator of why we make more money than other programs, though. The supply of advertisers wanting to do business with LSU probably dwarfs other programs, meaning higher ad rates. Which means we're going to find more places to put ads.
