-Or hes tweeting him for the extremely obvious reason. Trump has hats that say Make America Great Again. Lane made a hat that says Make Baton Rouge Great. Pretty similar, no? He prob even got the idea from trump himself...wouldn't you think?? So he's tagging him to show him he made hats that have a very similar phrase on them. Also it never hurts to have the president of the United States of America acknowledge your team/college in a positive manner. Do you understand now?
